UrPharm is a platform that makes it easy to search, find, and pay for medications in sub-Saharan Africa.

How do I sign up?

Download our App on the App Store or Google Playstore and then sign up with your:

• Email Address

• Mobile Phone Number

• Facebook

• Apple Sign in (for iOS)

How do I find the item I am looking for?

Type the name of the medication on the search bar and it will display the name of the Pharmacies that have the medication from the closest pharmacy to the furthest Pharmacy from you.

Do I require a prescription to purchase my medication(s)?

Some medications do require prescriptions at the time of pick-up by Law.

 

Can I order for others?

Yes, you can make an order or purchase medications for yourself or anyone.

 

Can I repeat the order?

Yes, you can save as a favorite for easy re-ordering.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following means of payment:

• Paypal (Credit/Debit Card) Payments

• MTN Mobile Money (within Cameroon) 

• Orange Money (within Cameroon)

 

Where can my medication be delivered to?

Your medication can be delivered to any address  - wherever suits you best. This can be your home, work, to a neighbor or member of your family.

You can view or change your delivery settings in your account at any time.

What happens if I am not home when my delivery arrives?

You must have an adult at home at the time of delivery.
